A running sheet is also known as an event schedule, which outlines when meals will be served, speeches will be made as well as other formalities.

This is used by Planet Groove to organise the times when the band will be performing.

Often your venue manager will assist you in planning this running sheet.

Planet Groove generally will perform 3 x 45 min sets or 135 minutes of performance time for a wedding. Sometimes a dinner bracket is also available at additional .

If you require an earlier set you can split a 45min into a 20min and a 25min set. We recommend having the majority of the bands sets later in the evening when guests are ready to dance.

Also outline when and where the band will change and have their meals. It is not ideal to have the band eating their meals < 30 minutes prior to performance!
