Planet Groove are in demand regularly in the year for Weddings ALL around Australia. They have done hundreds of Weddings over the last 10 years and are a "no risk" investment to ensure your event is both professional and FUN.

The basic engagement includes an 8 hour call out ( we need to be there 2 hours before people arrive) to setup and sound check+

* 3x50 minute dance sets
* + all music in between sets ( NO DJ Needed)
* + full use of our microphones for speeches.
* Full Production and Lighting

* one-one meetings with Band representative

* further 1x45 minute laid back/Jazz Set over canapes/cocktails/entree/guests entry

* Musical Stings as Bridal Party Enters the room, throwing garter/bouquet and or bride/groom leaving venue at the end of proceedings

* Bridal Watlz Played Live

Additionally To put your mind at ease, our wedding entertainment packages are inclusive of the following:

1. Unlimited meetings with your Wedding Entertainment consultant;

2. State-of-the-art PA system and tailored lighting rig;

3. The opportunity to make song requests ( and songs NOT to play) to be played live by the band; as well as full music in between sets - hence no DJ requirement.
4. Band set-up and sound-check prior to guest arrival.

5. Utmost professionalism, courtesy and customer service. Exceeding and delighting our customers is our goal!

We can also organise to speak to some of our testimonials ( Other Brides and Grooms). Additionally Planet Groove will be at your function/reception for the entire duration of the event - setting up before guests arrive and loading out/unpacking after guests leave; You can also choose songs and the duration of setlists - flexibility, the highest level of musicanship, professionalism and customer satisfaction are the basis of our longevity and popularity in the notoriously fickle industry!

Nb. there are hundreds of AVERAGE wedding bands out there . Planet Groove are the only Party Covers Band that can play Jazz/Laid back acoustic over dinner and then mix it up with disco, retro, funk, pop and rock after the formalities ALL PLAYED LIVE and catering for all demographics from 20-60's hence for the most important night of your life an easy decision...If you think about the cost of a photographer and or Videographer and take into account after Speeches a wedding can really slide downhill unless the entertainment is of the highest standard! Note our set-list changes to suit the occasion, we allow clients to choose songs in each set and we are happy to play special songs or sets to cater for the audience at hand.
